Breakfast and dinner are served on the main terrace or in the dining room with panoramic sea view.

Breakfast :

The breakfast is included ; we serve coffee , tea, hot chocolate, milk, Viennoiseries, bread, butter, homemade jame, yogourt, fruit juice, fruit salad 
and also : ham, cheese, eggs (all kind of)

Dinner :

Lunch and dinner have to be reserved the day before or in the morning.

Michel, your host, previously owner of 2 restaurants in Bandol and Saint Cyr sur Mer during 10 years propose terroir meals, provençal specialties , meat , fish, ….and regional wines.
Traditional Provence cuisine and barbecue, salads and organic meals with terroir products supplied by local producers.The menu is different every day.

The meals are proposed and reviewed with our guests.  

Starters : sea trilogy , shellfish gratinée , Pistou ravioli, niçoise salad, hot goat cheese , beef or salmon carpaccio , salmon tartare ,italian specialties, ….

Main course :

Sea : loup, daurade de Tamaris , bouillabaisse maison, caldérade, fish filet following fishing arrivals, gambas, Scalops, with season vegetables ,rice pilaf or mached patatoes , pasta, …

Land : home made barbecue , daube de boeuf à la Provençale, suprême de volaille sauce au calvados apples and cinnamon , with season vegetables, and gratin dauphinois, baked potatoes , french fries…

Deserts : crème brûlée, up side down apple pie, croquant au chocolat, tiramissu, moelleux au chocolat, mousse chocolat foret noire sur lit de fruits , nougat glacé et son coulis fruits rouges, coupe sorbets, glaces et fruits de saison
